Lake District Wedding Photography is a professional wedding photography service based on the fringe of the beautiful Lake District, in Glasson, near Carlisle, Cumbria. Our dedicated photographer, Adam Naylor-Whalley, has been capturing the magic of weddings in and around the Lake District, Cumbria, south-west Scotland, and beyond. His passion for creating stunning, bespoke wedding photography sets him apart from the crowd.

Adam's experience in capturing wedding assignments spans both locally and internationally, including destinations such as Mexico, Croatia, and Crete. Nationally, he has worked with numerous venues in Northumberland and Lancashire, including Derwent Manor and the magnificent Alnwick Gardens. His extensive knowledge and experience in the Lake District and Cumbria have allowed him to work with some of the most outstanding wedding venues in the area, such as Inn on the Lake, Windermere Boat Racing Club, Dalston Hall, Carlisle Racecourse, Crown Hotel Wetheral, Crown & Mitre Carlisle, Armathwaite Hall, Lodore Falls, The Roundthorn Penrith, Hallmark Hotel Carlisle, and Smiths up in Gretna.

Our Services

At Lake District Wedding Photography, we offer a variety of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each couple. Our aim is to create beautiful, bespoke wedding photography that captures the essence of your special day in the stunning scenery of the Lake District and Cumbria.

Our current offer includes a full day's wedding coverage (8 hours) which includes a USB drive of images. We also offer an option of a half-price photobooth for just 200. This package is available for only 899.

In addition to our wedding photography services, we also provide a blog where we share updates, tips, and insights into the world of wedding photography. This platform allows us to engage with our clients and provide them with valuable information and inspiration for their big day.

About Adam Naylor-Whalley

Adam Naylor-Whalley is the talented photographer behind Lake District Wedding Photography. Born and raised in Cumbria, Adam has a deep love for the region and its breathtaking landscapes. After working in the North East for seven years as a magazine editor, photojournalist, and portrait photographer, Adam returned home to be closer to his family.

Outside of his professional life, Adam is a devoted father to his two children, Rose Tiga and Sam Findlay, and is married to a beautiful wife who is very understanding of his demanding schedule. Life is full and busy, but Adam wouldn't change it for anything.
