Welcome to Photography by Emma Rolfe, a business built on a passion for capturing life's precious moments. I am Emma, a wedding and family photographer based in Bournemouth, Dorset. My love for photography started when my son Ben was born in 2013. Since then, my camera has been my constant companion, capturing not only my family's milestones but also the special moments of many other families and couples.
I am a flower obsessed, tree-loving photographer with a soft spot for dogs. I believe that every moment is worth capturing, and I strive to do this in a relaxed, unobtrusive way with minimum direction and posing. My approach is perfect for couples who feel awkward in front of the camera, ensuring that the focus remains on you and your special day.
Living in beautiful Dorset, I am at my happiest outdoors, exploring the beaches, forests, and attempting to climb trees! This love for the outdoors is reflected in my work, with natural light playing a significant role in my photography.
When photographing families, I ensure that sessions are child-led, allowing little ones to feel relaxed, calm, and comfortable. I aim to capture your child and family's uniqueness, your own spirit, connection, and personality.
Wedding Photography
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and I would be honoured to be a part of it. My aim is to capture beautiful and natural moments, telling the story of your day through my lens. My wedding packages start from 1595 and include all-day photography from getting ready to the first dance, a meeting at the venue before the big day, and an engagement photoshoot.
Family Photography
I offer family photography sessions, either in my home studio in Bournemouth or on location within the area. My aim is to capture beautiful and natural moments, showcasing your family's unique connection and personality. Packages begin at 175.
Engagement Photoshoots
Engagement photoshoots are a great way to get to know each other, ease any nerves you have in front of the camera, and chat about your wedding plans. These sessions start from 149 and include 5x digital images.
Newborn and Children Photography
I also offer newborn and children photography sessions, capturing those precious first moments and milestones. These sessions are child-led, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable environment for your little ones.
Natural Wedding Photography
