As a UK-based photographer, I, Ruth Atkinson, have been privileged to be a part of numerous weddings over the past decade. My passion is to provide couples with a souvenir of their wedding day that is authentic, natural, and truly unforgettable.
Our Approach
I believe that the most memorable photographs are those that capture the intimacy and candour of a couple's wedding day. To achieve this, I adopt an intentionally discreet and unobtrusive approach, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day while I capture moments as they unfold. I take the time to get to know each couple, discussing their plans and preferences, to ensure that I'm able to stay true to their vision and capture the essence of their wedding day.
Our Services
At Ruth Atkinson Photography, we offer a range of services to suit your needs. Our digital full-day package includes 10 hours of coverage, over 400 digital photographs, as well as a private online gallery delivered six to eight weeks after the wedding day. Alternatively, you may choose to add a touch of nostalgia to your wedding day with our film photography option, available in both colour and black and white.

When I'm not behind the lens, you can find me juggling motherhood to two toddlers, indulging in a good reno project, enjoying a glass of red wine, or experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen.
